Collaborative robot demonstrator
Design of a demonstration machine dedicated to collaborative robotics, integrating optical inspection stations, tool changers and front-end human-machine interaction. Development of grippers and fixtures, with full integration of mechanical and functional constraints.

Design of a 5-axis machining machine dedicated to drums Ø80 to Ø450 mm, length 600 mm to 2.5 m. Process reliability improved through a repeatability-focused approach, optimizing cycle times and significantly increasing workshop productivity.

Dedicated 4-axis machining fixture
Design and sizing of a 4-axis machining fixture based on part drawings and CAD data. Development of a dedicated solution ensuring precision, rigidity and optimal integration within the manufacturing process, taking into account machining and positioning constraints.

Design of a new motorization system for pool enclosures based on specifications. Motor sizing, ground support design and integration of mechanical constraints related to outdoor environments and dynamic loads, with focus on long-term reliability.

Study and design of assembly and machining fixtures for silent block insertion on vertical presses. Development of solutions adapted to complex aluminum casting parts within demanding automotive production environments requiring high repeatability and precision.

Design of a high-torque submerged gearmotor based on specifications. Gear sizing and development of sealing systems ensuring performance and reliability in constrained environments, with full consideration of immersion constraints.

Grinding machine vertical axis retrofit
Design and sizing of the Z-axis motorization as part of a grinding machine retrofit, based on full scanning of the existing machine. Reintegration of retained technological components to optimize costs while ensuring reliability of the new system.
